Eric G. Begun

Eric Begun is a technology, outsourcing, cybersecurity, and intellectual property attorney focusing on business deals and transactions. Eric has over 20 years’ experience, and he brings to his client-focused and customer service oriented legal practice a mix of pragmatism, candor, and appreciation for the business and other relationships underlying the transactions and matters he advises on. In addition to his many years as a partner at Blank Rome, he practiced law in-house at Intel, Hewlett-Packard, McAfee, and a DuPont technology spin-off. Eric is instrumental in helping his clients buy, sell, license (in and out), distribute and generally deal with information technology, other technologies, and technology services.

Todd A. Fisher

Todd Fisher advises large multinational corporations, middle market businesses and emerging companies in negotiating, structuring, and drafting their commercial agreements, with an emphasis on outsourcing agreements, information technology services agreements, cloud computing agreements, technology licensing agreements and telecom agreements. Prior to founding King & Fisher, Todd was an associate at Jones Day, and a Partner at K&L Gates. Todd is a founder of the Association of Technology Law Professionals, a member-based organization of in-house lawyers who are responsible for technology, outsourcing, procurement, and similar commercial transactions at their companies. The group was formed to allow in-house lawyers to share best practices and discuss trends and issues in technology, outsourcing and commercial transactions.

Chad W. King

DALLAS, TEXAS

Chad King’s practice has an emphasis in the areas of technology transactions, Internet law, intellectual property law (including trademarks and copyrights), corporate law, and business law. He regularly negotiates on behalf of companies ranging from startups to Fortune 10 in the acquisition of mission-critical, enterprise-level technology, and professional services. Prior to founding King & Fisher, Chad was a Partner at Hughes & Luce and K&L Gates. Chad advises businesses on licensing, intellectual property and privacy issues related to technology and the Internet.

Dawn C. Perotti

DALLAS, TEXAS

Dawn Perotti’s practice encompasses a broad range of outsourcing and technology transactions. These include global information technology and business process outsourcing agreements, cloud computing agreements, infrastructure as a service agreements, software as a service agreements, customer care/call center agreements, software development agreements, licensing and marketing agreements, and telecom agreements. She also counsels clients on data security and privacy issues. Throughout her decades of practice, Dawn has helped both service providers and users which has resulted in her having a strong understanding of the pressures that both sides face in a negotiation. Prior to joining King & Fisher, Dawn was a solo practitioner following eleven years as a member of Haynes and Boone’s Technology Transactions and Outsourcing Practice Group. She started her law career while in law school as a contract specialist and after graduation as an in-house attorney at MCI Telecommunications.
